Privacy policy

Last updated .

This is the website of Mezzo Media, the web development business of Vincent Twigt, established in Amsterdam and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 37106862. The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not ask you to create an account.

Visitor statistics

Visits and clicks are counted with Umami, self-hosted on a private server. It sets no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you. What it records is the pages viewed, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language, your country, and which booking buttons you used. The numbers cannot be traced back to you, and they are not shared with anyone. Data retention is based on manual deletion.

Booking a call

The booking buttons open a scheduler from Cal.com. It is loaded from Cal’s servers when you point at, focus or click one of those buttons, not when the page opens. From then on, Cal receives your IP address and sets its own cookies. Cal’s terms and privacy policy are linked at the bottom of its booking form.

If you book a call, I receive what you enter: your name and e-mail address, what the meeting is about, any notes, and the e-mail addresses of guests you add. I use these only to prepare for the call and to follow up on it, and I don’t share them with third parties.

E-mail

E-mails you send are used only to reply and to work with you. Your address and message are not shared with third parties.

Cookies and browser storage

This site sets no cookies and saves nothing in your browser’s storage. The only cookies come from Cal, once its scheduler has loaded, as described above.

Your rights

You can ask me what personal data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
